The ease of use of website - This was very composite and easy to use.  The chart of styles colour and finishes covered every description you could wish.  When I received the door I can say it was almost identical to chart colour description as one could expect - excellent.  The measurement guideline for user is clear and easy to use.  Delivery- I was given immediate confirmation of expected delivery with personal follow up when it was nearer the time the door was ready.  I will say my dealings with companies where there  is an impersonal tracking system if the user puts in a complicated number code with cut and paste in addition to the order number is time consuming,  with certain breakdowns in the system used.    A personal email with someone is much more assuring.  On the whole I was very pleased with the product and value and especially the service.  Thank you

They arrived very well packaged and although not fitted yet have unpacked one box to inspect the fronts are even covered with sticky back plastic to stop scratches. Good price, good product.
