I found out about KBB by word of mouth recommendation from another home improvement retailer. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the right colour but I think that was more because I was given a very general deion by my customer which I had to try and match. The range of products on the website is really good and I will definitely keep KBB Replacement Doors in mind for other projects. I searched on google for “replacement cabinet doors”, I fit more brand new kitchens but do occasional work which requires replacement doors. The KBB Website was really good, good pictures, everything was clear and easy to use. The prices were very good. I like that you can get handles, anything kitchen related, worktops, sinks with KBB. I didn’t know KBB Replacement Doors also did bedrooms and would like to see a sliderobes option on the site. I was very impressed with the whole service, very easy to use, I didn’t have to do anything. The email updates were very good, order arrived in timeslot and I liked the email telling me the delivery timeslot. I would definitely recommend KBB if you are looking for replacement doors. I didn’t know about tradezone feature, I would definitely sign up and use again. Overall the packaging was good, product was excellent, my customer texted me to say they were really pleased which is the first time that’s ever happened.
